Medical Disclaimer

Last updated: June 24, 2026

Please read this disclaimer carefully. It applies to all content on the websites of The Vitality & Aesthetics Institute, PLLC ("TVAAI") and to information you receive from us outside of a documented treatment plan.

1. Educational information only

Information on our Sites and in our communications is provided for general educational purposes and is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation. It is not a substitute for the judgment of your own healthcare provider. Always seek the advice of a qualified provider with any questions about a medical condition, and never disregard or delay seeking care because of something you read here.

2. No guaranteed results

Aesthetic, weight-management, hormone, and wellness outcomes vary from person to person. Any results, testimonials, or before-and-after examples are not promises or guarantees of the results you will achieve. Treatment is provided at the clinical discretion of a licensed provider following an appropriate evaluation.

3. Off-label and compounded medications

Some therapies we discuss — including peptides, regenerative biologics, hormone therapies, and compounded medications such as semaglutide and tirzepatide — may be used "off-label," meaning for a use not specifically approved by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA). Off-label prescribing by a licensed provider is a lawful and recognized medical practice.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. At TVAAI, a compounded medication is prescribed only when a provider determines and documents a patient-specific clinical need, and FDA-approved alternatives are discussed with you. See our Telehealth Informed Consent for details.

4. Controlled substances

Certain therapies (for example, testosterone) are controlled substances and are prescribed only in accordance with applicable federal and Texas law, after appropriate evaluation and monitoring.

5. Trademarks

Product names such as Botox®, Dysport®, Jeuveau®, Xeomin®, Juvéderm®, Restylane®, and Sculptra® are registered trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced for identification only. Their use does not imply endorsement.

6. Individual consultation required

No provider–patient relationship is formed by visiting our Sites. Treatment decisions are made only after a consultation, appropriate evaluation, and completion of the required intake and consent forms.
