Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains appointment cancellations, deposits, refunds, and membership billing at The Vitality & Aesthetics Institute, PLLC ("TVAAI"). By booking or enrolling, you agree to these terms.

1. Appointment cancellations and no-shows

• Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Missed appointments without notice (no-shows) are charged a $150 fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may also be subject to this fee.
• If you paid a booking deposit, it is applied to the cost of your service.

2. Treatments and services

Because services are provided by licensed professionals and scheduled time is reserved for you, payments for completed treatments are generally non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us so we can make it right. Pre-paid packages are non-refundable once purchased; however, any unused, unredeemed services may be credited toward future care.

3. Medications

For safety and legal reasons, dispensed prescription and compounded medications cannot be returned or refunded once shipped or dispensed, except where required by law. Questions about a medication should be directed to your provider and the dispensing pharmacy.

4. Memberships and recurring billing

• Memberships (including weight-management and hormone programs) bill on a recurring schedule — for example, monthly or every 60 days — as described at enrollment.
• You authorize TVAAI (through our payment processor) to charge your payment method on file each cycle until you cancel.
• To cancel, contact us at least 30 days before your next billing date. There is no minimum commitment term.
• Cancellation stops future charges; previously billed cycles and dispensed medications are non-refundable.

5. Financing

If you pay using Cherry financing, your repayment terms are governed by your agreement with Cherry Technologies, Inc. Cancelling a service does not by itself cancel a financing obligation; contact Cherry and TVAAI to resolve any adjustment.

6. How to request a refund or cancel

Contact us by phone or email with your name and appointment or membership details. We aim to respond within 10 business days, and approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
